Luxurious villa with private swimming pool and gardens with wooded area and hammock. Situated in a cul de sac on the outskirts of town. Only a couple of mins walk to the nearest restaurants. 5 mins walk to the Beach.

The accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms, both with en suite facilities. There is a comfortable lounge and american style kitchen. The living accommodation is fully furnished, TV and DVD player, Cd player, washing machine and fridge. We have a large bottle cooler at the bar to keep the beer and wine nicely chilled

Outside, (you will spend most of your time outside), we have a large naya with dining and lounging area with overhead fans to keep you cool. There is a bar - the cheapest in town, and bbq. In the unlikely event that you need it there is a sauna which you are welcome to use.

Of course we have a lovely big pool, a couple of swings for the kids and lots of shady trees to blob under when your cooked enough.

We also have our little wooded area where you can sling the hammock, relax in the shade and listen to the birds and the waterfall as it cascades into the fish pond.

If you get bored wandering around the garden half naked (or fully naked - we are completely private and no one can see you), it's only a couple of minutes into town by car or you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes.

We have a gardener and pool cleaner to keep the place in order, he comes a couple of times a week.

Change over Wednesdays Depart before 10am arrive after 5 pm
